The Classical Art Center is a foundation with members, governed by with law of the Netherlands.
The foundation forms and maintains international networks of visual arts organisations, with the aim of exchanging exhibitions and knowledge.
To this end, it is the organiser and manager of the WE Museum, in Rijswijk, the Netherlands
Foundation
The foundation consists of a management board of at least 3 and a maximum of 7 directors.
They have the general organisational and executive tasks.
At least one meeting is held every six months.
The directors cannot be allocated any remuneration.

There are at present the following board directors:

According the WE Museum:
President Zwaan Stoker and Vicepresident Jishu Li are responsible for the general overview of the organisation and activities
Secretary Lili Qiu and Director Sam Zong are responsible for the daily exploitation, management of volunteers, etc.
Treasurer Tom Hageman is responsible for financial management and coordination of exhibitions with the foundations ILFAS and Klassieke Salon
Director Zhou Lesheng is responsible for coordination of the additional activities (courses, workshops, etc.)
Volunteers
The Classical Art Centre Foundation is a non-profit organisation and offers its services to its members free of charge.
It can fulfil its ambitions thanks to the efforts of volunteers; board members are also not remunerated.
The foundation is looking for volunteers in the following areas:
- set-up and surveillance of exhibitions in the WE Museum, the Netherlands
Practical work around exhibition set-up and minor maintenance - administration and daily management of the WE Museum
- PR and promotion

Members
As a member, all services and art institutes on a professional level can be connected either by invitation or after balloting.
Membership is granted to either the institute or an individual representative.
For members a digital meeting is held once a year.
